BIL-EV M Tablets by Everwell contain Bilastine and Montelukast, a prescription anti-allergic combination intended for selected allergic rhinitis symptoms. Bilastine is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks peripheral histamine H1 receptors, helping relieve sneezing, runny nose, nasal itching and watery eyes. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces certain inflammatory responses associated with allergies. BIL-EV M may be prescribed when both ingredients are clinically necessary and suitable alternative treatments have been inadequate or inappropriate.
