Ev-Flu contains fluconazole, an antifungal medicine that stops fungus from growing and spreading in the body. Doctors prescribe it for vaginal yeast infections, oral thrush, ringworm, athlete’s foot, nail fungus and some deeper fungal infections. For a simple vaginal yeast infection, one tablet is often enough, while skin and nail infections need longer courses. It can be taken with or without food.
