Evernac-R pairs aceclofenac with rabeprazole in one capsule. Aceclofenac is a painkiller that reduces pain, swelling and stiffness, and the sustained release form spreads its effect through the day. Rabeprazole in enteric coated form cuts stomach acid, so the stomach lining is protected from the irritation painkillers often cause. Doctors suggest it for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, sprains and other inflammatory pain, especially when the stomach is sensitive. Swallow it whole with water, do not crush or chew it, and take it as your doctor advises. Long use needs medical supervision.
