Farigap-D3 is a hematinic tablet that puts iron and the vitamins that help build blood into one daily dose. Ferric ammonium citrate replaces the iron the body is short of, folic acid and vitamin B12 help new red blood cells form, and pyridoxine supports how the body uses these nutrients. Vitamin D3 adds bone and immunity support. Doctors suggest it for anaemia, weakness, tiredness and pale skin, and during pregnancy and after illness or blood loss. Take it after food if iron upsets your stomach. Dark stools are normal with iron. Keep it away from tea and coffee at dosing time, and store it in a cool, dry place.
